SHIPPING & RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY. NO REFUNDS!
Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Jewelry, Eyelashes, Makeup, Lingerie, Sale Items, and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition,unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We accept EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition. Exchanges on cosmetics are only available if the shrink wrap is still on the product. This only applies to lipsticks and lip glosses. All other cosmetics can not be returned or exchanged.
- You may exchange merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
- The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
We do not make exceptions to this policy.
